How ignorant are you if you don't ask questions Carsie? Did you even know why the state threw out the test? It would have been reverse discrimination IF they promoted the Black guys and didn't promote the White guys. They wanted to review the test, AND NO ONE got promoted over the other so from what you call as ignorance seems to go on your end. How is it reverse discrimination if no one was fired or promoted? I would have done exactly what the judge concluded.

i kinda find it hard to believe someone sat in an office and some how some way figured a way to create a test that would only enable one race of people to pass. I've read that the panel that heard the oral part of test had one caucasian, one black, and one hispanic so that they could come up with a test that wasn't discriminatory. I wish someone could give an example of a test question that is discriminatory so I can understand this argument better. I've been in college classes with all races and all of... I don't care what color my doctor, police officer, CPA, etc. is...I want the best and most qualified person.

That's not what they did...they threw them out in fear they would be sued by a minority...it's all political and financial. That's what the Supreme Courts ruling overturned today....Knowing your facts is best.l
