Paul MacLeanIn Canada we have wot is "popularly" known as the "interest relief" program, if one qualifies, it simply means wot it states, an interest-free repayment plan...BUT HALT!!...not so fast!!...the Canadian govrnment (both provincial and federal) make it very difficult for anyone to qualify for this...again, redtape and other political bullshit creates...more confusion and chaos...so whch brngs me to this particular matter..."does this really work? and if so, who REALLY qualifies? and does this affect future admittance to any school or college?....yikes!!
