Interesting that u didn't want to study the constitution during Bush's administration. He actually did take rights away from us, like requiring a warrant to search your house. Notice Franz doesn't say what Obama is doing against the constitution. And if someone can tell my why people think their 2nd amendment rights are being taken away, I'd be ... Read moreamazed. There's no reason to think that. The 2nd amendment doesn't guarantee your right to bear AK-47's! There has to be a limit somewhere. Should people be able to have nukes, too?

@Heather...Yes I agree with you, but isn't there clause or statement in your 2nd amendment, that states a certain limit to where and how many/much arms one can own? not really sure, perhaps there's a case that might support wot Im asking...but even to this day...,wot does the average American consider as an arm(s)?...Im sure nukes were not even considered in 1787...lol
